Pink Moon Ecstatic Dance
Saturday, April 12, 6 - 8 pm
Join us for this occurrence of Ecstatic Dance to celebrate the full Moon in April.
Ecstatic Dance is a free form, non-judgmental, somatic practice. It can be a good workout that improves flexibility, strength, and endurance in the body, mind, and spirit. The goal is to let your body connect with your inner world and find expression in movement.
This deeply spiritual practice can be therapeutic and help participants process subtle emotional energy. Ecstatic Dance is a safe space for movement and expression, and some guidelines include:
•No shoes
•Wear comfortable clothes
•No alcohol or other drugs
•No talking, only body language
So, let’s dance and celebrate the things that help you grow, and let go of what doesn’t serve you. See you on the dance floor!

Cathy Cassetta
Cathy began her journey with yoga because she heard that it can help heal osteoporosis, with which she was labeled in 2011 with scores of someone in her 90s. Since then, her curiosity has led her to completing 850+ hours in teacher trainings, including Yoga for Osteoporosis, Yoga for Scoliosis, Yoga for Pickleball Injury Prevention & Recovery, and Yoga Nidra, you name it – if it has to do with an aging body or mind, she has studied it.
